Monday, April 1
4:00pm: Earliest Check-In. Welcome to Hawkesdene!
Check in with the Hawkesdene staff at the main house to receive your cottage information! Then go unpack and get ready to unwind! Welcome to our wedding retreat! We're so glad you're here!
6:00pm: Cocktails and Appetizers
7:00pm: Welcome Dinner
A casual welcome dinner to introduce you to the Hawkesdene Estate, our family and friends and kick off an epic retreat mountain style!
8:30pm: Bonfire with S'mores
Attire: Casual and cozy!
TUESDAY, APRIL 2
8:30am - 10:00am Hawkesdene Farm to Table Breakfast
A full breakfast buffet will be served each morning at the main house. For anyone who is a late riser, there will be pastries, yogurt and other lighter options available each day until lunch is served.
11:00am: Hiking!
Join us for an optional hike on one of multiple paths. One hike leads to a panoramic long range mountain view and the other hike leads to a picturesque waterfall! Bonus: reward beverages to be served at the top!
If you aren't feeling up to the challenge, don't worry, you can still get in on the action as there will be a 4x4 to drive you all the way up!
We won't have any parachutes but technically, you can roll your way down if needed! Lunch will be served at the main house when we return.
12:30pm: Hawkesdene Farm to Table Lunch
1:30pm: Llama and Alpaca feeding!
Hawkesdene has furry friends too! We can't wait for you to get up close and personal and treat these guys to a lovely lunch!
2:30pm: Cornhole Tournament, Lawn Games and Leisure
5:00pm: Wedding rehearsal for the wedding party only
6:00pm: Cocktails and appetizers
7:00pm: Hawkesdene Farm to Table Dinner
Typically, the rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party only - but the great part about our wedding retreat is that everyone gets to be included by joining us for a delicious meal under the stars. Pack your jokes and appetite and meet us for a great evening!
8:00pm: Bonfire and more S'mores
Save some of your appetite and join us for a bonfire with S'mores, drinks and games!
Attire: Casual, hiking, fitness, dressy/casual for dinner.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3
7:00am: Hawkesdene Early Riser Breakfast
Wake up to fresh brewed coffee, a selection of organic hot teas and cocoa!
10:00am: Hawkesdene Farm to Table Wedding Day Brunch with the Bride and Groom
The bride and groom will be busy preparing for the ceremony, so we ask that today you take the day for yourself to relax and enjoy the estate! Come and go to meals or activities as you please and get ready for a memorable evening!
4:00pm: Wedding Ceremony
Cocktails, dinner and dancing to follow!
11:00pm: After Party
Attire: Formal / Black Tie
THURSDAY, APRIL 4
8:30am - 10:00am: Thank You Breakfast and Send Off
11:00am: Checkout
Attire: Whatever you have left! Throw on your travel clothes and enjoy your trip home! You don't have to go home, but ya can't stay here!
